BaddieLink provides digital creator profiles, NFC card tools, and related services. You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You keep ownership of the content you add to your profile. By publishing content through BaddieLink, you give us permission to host, display, and process it solely to operate and promote the service.

You may not post unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, or links that direct visitors to such content. We may remove content or limit access to accounts that violate these Terms.

If you use a profile contact form, you are responsible for handling visitor information lawfully and respectfully. Do not use contact details for spam, unlawful marketing, or any purpose the visitor did not reasonably expect.

Prices, subscription features, and availability may change. Card orders and paid plans are subject to the pricing presented at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

NFC cards and QR codes direct visitors to the profile or destination you configure. You are responsible for maintaining your destination content and links.

BaddieLink is not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, or content accessed through profile links.

BaddieLink is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, BaddieLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms or suspend or end access to the service when necessary to protect BaddieLink, our users, or others. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
